From idle things to a thinking factory.
The first idea
In Bangalore, founder Aditya Arora conceives Element One — a supercar club letting members switch between cars on a single membership. A bold model with serious backing interest, shelved when the market wasn't ready.
2011 — 2013BOIT is born
Reignited at ISB Hyderabad in 2015, the idea launches in 2017 as BOIT — Business Of Idle Things. A peer-to-peer car-sharing platform with a global focus on supercar experiences.
2015 — 2017The Registry
The pandemic forces a pivot. Loyal members pave the way for Boit Registry — Bangalore's fastest-growing supercar sales brand, and the trust layer for India's rarest machines.
2020 — 2021The Inner Circle
BOIT evolves into a full supercar lifestyle club and marketplace, and curates India's first private Inner Circle Trackday with GERCollector — cementing its place among the elite automotive community.
2023 — 2024The AI factory
Produsa launches — an AI that turns a sentence into a shipped product in 30 seconds. The club becomes a builder, and a luxury house becomes a technology company.
2025The operating company
Markita brings an autonomous AI workforce online. 17+ products live. Boit Technologies now spans luxury, AI and technology — moving at the speed of software with the obsession of a collector.
